§ 9 Gesetzliche Vertretung
Neufassung: Vorstand im Sinne des § 26 BGB sind der Vorsitzende und
seine Stellvertreter. Sie vertreten den Schachverein gerichtlich und außer-
gerichtlich. Jeder von Ihnen allein ist vertretungsberechtigt. Im Innen-
verhältnis zum Schachverein werden die Stellvertreter jedoch nur bei
Verhinderung des Vorsitzenden tätig.
04 Sonstige Anträge
05 Verschiedenes
Anträge sind bis zum 26.11.2022 an den Vorstand zu richten.
